Don Althoff
Don Althoff brings over 20 years of experience in Custom home building and renovations. His hands-on approach with each project allows for flawless product. He built the company with focus and dedication on customer service and client involvement. Don has developed strong and respected relationships throughout the industry which has greatly contributed to his success. His attention to detail and methodical planning yield top of line results.
Ray Ramsey
Ray Ramsey has worked in the construction industry for more than 40 years. During that time he has successfully managed commercial projects valued up to 25 million, as well as hundreds of residential projects, both multifamily and single family. In his current position as General Manager with Chesapeake Energy Homes, he works on engineering, permitting, design, cost control, correspondence and various administrative duties.
